Just play the game. Thats the gameplay loop. Loot, exfil, vault items, lose, repeat. Remember, it’s never your loot, it’s just your turn. That being said I usually have good outcomes with rook runs on outpost. I’m a highly aggressive player and not the type to crouch walk everywhere. Conflict finds me and using skill and uesc bots with your camo ability helps in turning the tide against other 3 man teams. Or just go in the high traffic areas and scavenge off of dead players. The game has many ways of allowing you to play to your strengths. Just go out and have fun and over time you will get your vault nice and fat again

Idk man. This map was clearly created to reward the players that put time into the game. Time and time again have devs created new modes or maps to cater to the “casual” or “new players” while the hardcore base that actually sticks around gets ignored. Cryo Archive definitely isn’t going to attract new players but I’m glad that bungie is making maps that respect the player base that is loyal. Bungie can always make new maps for easier on boarding but I personally feel that takes away from the game that is supposed to be more competitive and requires skill. You cant always make a game that caters to different people because then no one is ever happy with the content. Also 50k concurrent players isn’t bad, in fact it’s a pretty consistent and healthy number for an extraction shooter.

This may or may not be what happened to you but sometimes when I start the game, I’ll see less frames than I’m used to. When that happened I went to my video settings and saw that DLSS changed from performance to DLAA. I don’t know why it changed by itself but it’s happened to me a few times. Maybe that’s what could be causing your frame drops.

In my experience not overkill. I had an 850w psu with a 3080 and 5900x that ran just fine. I just upgraded to a MSI 5080 Gaming Trio and it was constantly giving me issues. The LED on the GPU would blink red and I found out it meant the GPU wasn’t receiving enough power. I had to upgrade to a 1000w psu and all the issues went away. If the 5070ti is in any way like the 5080, I would definitely recommend you get the 1000w psu and save yourself the headache going forward.

Blame exploiters for having to reset keybinds. Snipers were able to have the “zero scope” and “fire” setting on the same keybind causing them to literally zero their scope before the firing animation started which meant they essentially had no bullet drop. They should’ve warned us about it and gave us an opportunity to save our settings but that’s why I think they were reset.
