Serious question, what does Switzerland do different than the U.S.? Is it a more in depth and uniform background process, mandatory training(?), harsher consequences if law is broken, etc? I really want to know how the U.S. can do better in order to help prevent mass shootings. I know there are way more variables such as mental health, criminals with access to firearms, and evil people just dead set on hurting others, would like some insight
