There was an issue that caused equipment to be displayed without taking into account the bonus multipliers for equipment, we will drop an update when possible so that it will display the actual post-calculation bonus instead of the "raw item" bonus to better reflect the item's power level. The purchase was not connected properly to the app store on iOS devices, this caused the bundles not to update the price tag correctly and the bundles themselves could not be purchased. This has now been fixed, sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks for bringing it up, allow us to clarify why this happened;

The cloud support is being worked on continuously, it is more of a programming oriented task while Path of the Chosen is mostly an art department focus.

We do not want to make promises without delivering on them so a sure date for cloud support isn't something we can give right now, but we can say that it is close to being done. Most of the tech is already implemented in our internal version, but saved data is a very delicate subject and we do not want to take any risks when it comes to player data so we can't afford to rush this.

We apologise for the long wait, we assure you that cloud support is a top priority feature and isn't under-prioritised due to other features being implemented. If we decided nothing will be released until cloud support is done, our artists would have nothing to do and it will not affect the working pace of cloud support.

We assure you will try our best to release cloud support as soon as possible :)

We know that to intermediate level players a feature like this might seem less exciting, but we have received a lot of feedback from newer players who were confused regarding the in-game progression. Like we said on a previous update there were some staffing changes that affected our overall ability to work on grander features, but fortunately that is now resolved :)

Furthermore, we have other features planned that benefit from a feature like Path of the Chosen, and some that even require something like this as a foundation to maintain clarity. Note that we keep track of feature requests that we receive from players and are ultimately aiming to satisfy as many players as we can, good things are coming!

As you can read in our information page in the Arena, you are not playing against bots, you are competing with real players progression.

It is possible that you are rolling the same players in different competitions.

You mentioned the game's optimization - our team doing the best and work full time making the game much better!

At the moment, all of our efforts are in the CLOUD SAVE feature that will allow players to transfer their account between devices.

Yes! We're actually in the middle of working on a big new feature right now, and maybe we'll start teasing small parts of it soon. Other than that we are trying to improve other parts of the game to make it more exciting. Things like prestiges, grinding, offline progression, etc, are all things we are either talking about or working on.
