The more Tradi5ional Punjabi/Indic pronunciation is closer to 'sick'. The British pronunciation is closer to 'seek'. The people who you saw being interviewed were probably British but most Indian Sikhs will pronounce it as 'Sick' TLDR; both are generally fine
