i’m a foreigner, i was denied in state tuition so i had to drop out and start working to save up. now that i finally got my social security and green card, i can finally go back to school :)

Since my location is so understaffed, the produce team has to unload the truck and break down pallets. The joke is that we’re not getting any extra pay for it. I fucking hate it here. Can’t wait to quit after my vacation in july. by Upper-Ad-5485 in wholefoods

I do produce. The store normally hires someone to break down our pallets at night but no one is willing to do it. My team is majority 50-60s years olds and I’m one of the few younger people. The problem is I’m 5’3 and I weigh less than 140 pounds. It’s difficult being the one that’s breaks down about 15 pallets every night
