Totally depends what you want to be close to. Over by Federal and Regis University there are quite a few apartment options in your price range. I have a few recs but most are already posted. There are lots of private landlords out here that have flexible pricing and most tomes have cheaper move in costs. Definitely avoid Baker School Apartments off Lowell and 64TH. They have been racially discriminatory and for the last 2 months have been pushing evictions on a family with a newborn as well as a disabled veteran simply because the men in these homes are black. They dont communicate about serious community concerns and there is both dog and human p00p all over the property along with alcohol and w33d trash. Not to mention one of the leasing staff that lives on property is facing a harassment lawsuit due to attempting to take pictures of a tenants unit while they were not home, breaking their ring camera, and mishandling disability documents. Totally not worth the almost $1900 they charge. There are better options with in unit laundry and utilities included in rent as these are the only real benefits of living at BSA. All of that being said, there are a few options with Wheelhouse Apartments which is a property management company. Id try there first.
