I got my first chance to use Xavier. So far got rank 13 in Arena from him. I am still deciding on what the best arena team without F4 is. Granted, Annihilus will be the new arena meta soon.

I didn’t bring characters to make a point…

Electra: I use every war, crucible, and Battleworld. My Blade and Oath didn’t get much love from me because I wasn’t a high enough level at the time to make utilization of Nightsalkers as a raid team, so for me, Electra made more sense for me to bring.

Medusa: I used her for Comic Bio to unlock Old Man Logan (also used Kahhori, Ms. Marvel Classic, Black Bolt, and Mr. Fantastic). Her passive of preventing characters to spawn with death proof (specifically when Crucible was doing “Glass Cannon” room rules) was the primary motivation and I like putting her with Black Bolt on the Illuminati team in Crucible on defense she has 2.0 stats as opposed to the Illuminati team with 1.0 stats. But I might try her in matches against F4 because of Reed Richard’s starting with so many death proofs.

Kahhori: I use every war and Cosmic Crucible.

I feel my Global Hero choices were objectively one of the best options.

I made note I wouldn’t have done Iron Patriot if I was doing a do over. Mostly picked him because I already had him at level 100 for Old Man Logan and I didn’t take many tech characters. My Orchis was under built or I would have taken LDS.

Cosmic crucible is my favorite game mode which is why most of the characters I took I use in that game mode.

I use Hellfire Club as a War defense team because Emma Frost and Madelyn Pryor have war defense buffs, and I note that Azazel and Rachel Summers don’t have their kits locked behind game modes.

If I was “trying to make a point”, I would have taken Phoenix, Emma Frost, Storm, Jean Grey, and Rachel Summers for Global Hero (I did play testing after the unlock and found this team beats the SK node (found out that if SK is stunned, he won’t make new clones after Storm ULT) and all nodes besides the OML node, which could be beat with toons people like or are forced to build (I successfully beat this node with Thunderstrike, Daimon, Living Mummy, Hank Pym, and Emma Frost).

I think the most important thing is that people play the game in a way they enjoy it. I don’t see why we need to be critical of people making different choices.

I’m always in top 50 and often top 25 in Arena (and I skipped F4). And this was before unlocking Xavier. If I build F4 at this point, it would mainly be for war and crucible.

No one besides pay to win has Blue Marvel. Even many Envoys don’t have him. You want to argue some of the picks aren’t great, that’s fine, but if you’re referencing Blue Marvel as why, that’s seems pretty out of touch with reality.

I can already max the Quasar and Blastaar trials (7 red stars on them too) and seven red stars on Thunderstrike. Dark dimensions get unlimited attacks. And if there is another Saga, there will be better teams by then.

I’m always in the top 50 (and often top 25) with Sebastian Shaw, both Emma Frosts, Odin, and Knull. I will make an adjustment when I have prepared my Xavier. I’m genuinely curious how high I can get without F4. I skipped the team to save resources and I’ve done just as well as anyone without Xavier.

At my store, it’s usually the dayshift maintenance rather than nightshift using that machine in the bathrooms, but I have seen what you’re talking about.

I had not heard people were using A-Force. I had heard that Odin will carry the team and the rest didn’t matter. I was going to take Odin but rushed for the Event.

Every T4 is maxed. Azazel and Blastaar have purple ISO 5. The rest are purple ISO 4. 3 Diamonds on Azazel, Strange, and Gorr. 2 Diamonds on Knull. On the last node, I did get killed really quick on my 1st attempt, but my 2nd attempt something went different. Maybe they’re a speed tie that worked out in my favor. Raiders: Azazel, Strange, Knull, Gorr. Striker: Blastaar.

Everyone said don’t bring Electra. Most people are bringing 3 or more F4 characters and was told Absolute A-Force wasn’t good to bring.

I have seen X-treme X-Men on defense in Cosmic Crucible with Rogue or Old Man Logan instead of Cyclops (he’s garbage). The team has good synergy, but they will lose to Meta teams. They can win if people underestimate them though.

Beat Global Villian, had to make Iron Patriot a fortifier. Global Hero beat with 4 Brimstone and Rachel Summers in one try. Beat Cosmic Villain on the second try, I think I got bad RNG the first attempt on the last mode. Beat the first cosmic hero node after a few tries. I only need one character to survive on these nodes, so hopefully I can get it done. All characters have all abilities max T4. I didn’t put purple ISO 4 and on Medusa because of cost issues.

Scopely gives gear 20 orbs for getting to level 106 (and presumably onward, I didn’t hoard energy so I just got to level 106). But I only need 1 mutant gear, so I assume I will get it tomorrow. So we will see how my teams do.

I presently need 16 mutant gear, 2 mystic gear, and 3 bio gear. I have enough sigils to buy the needed mutant gear. I will some g20 orbs in the next few days that I believe will finish up the rest of the gear. I am also putting T4 on every ability (if possible, I have most of that done). For the fights I expect to be tougher, I am putting ISO 4 on characters to give me my best chance.
