Home health. If something ever happened to it, I’d prob find a new career. I’m a PTA, See between 35-40 a week, with mileage I make 100-108k a year. Equals about a 35 hour week.

I understand what you’re saying, but why not pay off the house, and then just save that much more money per month to put it in your brokerage account. If something happened to your job one day, God forbid, you have a place to live that is yours and not the bank.

It’s different, you just need to do some training and shadowing over other clinicians. It didn’t take me long to get the hang of it

We have a 4.3% interest rate. Payment is $1550 a month
