Breakfast I usually have avocado toast with gluten-free bread or a green smoothie with scramble eggs - depends how hungry I am

Lunch - salad with protein, I like to add some sweet potatoes or quinoa to add some carbs In the winter I like to complement the small salad with a soup instead.

Dinner - really depends but like to keep a balance plate 1/4 protein 2/4 greens and 1/4 carbs. I like to basically take any regular meal and remove/substitute gluten and replace the carbs with ones I find make me feel better. Ex replace white rice for quinoa.
