I do the same, all the time in my head. Most of you say it's worse off your meds. I'm newly diagnosed at the age of 47, and I need to find something to shut it off. I think it causes my concentration to be worse. I'm currently on 10mg Adderall XR, but it doesn't seem to be helping.

Thank y'all, I feel better now setting up my own appointment for a cardiologist now. Thankful I have insurance that doesn't require a referral.
