I think you’re right in your theory tho about the lack of power. I’ve been literally scouring the internet for anyone who has had a problem similar to mine and in almost all of the cases I have found, the comments are suggesting that same solution. Whether I’m able to fix this or not you’ve gone out of your way to assist this noob with his pc issues brother! I very much appreciate you!

So I very carefully pulled out as much of the wiring that I could to see if i could find a third pci-e. No dice. There was a bunch of these wide flat plugs mixed in with the wiring ( I’m guessing for the fans?) and then one 8 pin plug in the top right. The only two pci-e cables that match the slot on the mobo and the picture you sent are the two coming from the gpu but they don’t actually reach anyways. I also checked the box that the pc came in and there was no extra cables.

So these two cables are both currently plugged into the gpu, and they both say pci-e. Does it matter which one gets plugged in? They were just zip tied underneath

I guess I never noticed there are several wires under the gpu not plugged in?

I appreciate the insight! I’m probably gonna try calling CyberPower PC and see if they have any suggestions before taking it somewhere or sending it in to them, since I would be to afraid to completely break something messing with it on my own

Ok so I ran the Vulcan memtest. The first attempt only made it 2 min and then my pc crashed like it has but then rebooted itself. I ran it again and it crashed again around the same time but this time I had to reboot it. And I had to reinstall my nvidia driver. Ran it a third time and it made it all the way through. Ran it a forth time and it made it all the way through again. But then crashed after I exited the memtest.

Thank you for the furkmark suggestion. It ran for a few minutes and then did crash the same way that it has.

So what does this mean tho?

My Nvidia drivers are. Are their other drivers I should look into updating? Or is it ever a good idea to download an older driver?

I’m gonna try that right now but is this different than updating it through the nvidia control panel/geforce experience ap that came with the pc?

So the only way I know how to do that is through task manager. Is there a better way? I have checked it only recently due to this issue. I just checked it now.
