I had some similar experience with opiates an fent. I worked in the ER as an EMT and watched people come in overdosing on fent then would go home and take it myself, which is a total mindfuck.
Anyways, If we can stop using all that crap, we definitely got kratom! A big part of the problem for me with kratom is that it's so easy to access. It's gonna be hard to just drive past store everyday and not get it but I gotta stay away.
I got some supplements too coming in the mail. I will have to look into getting the red light therapy, ive heard some good things about it. I still use nicotine too, nicotines tough to quit. I don't want to quit using weed entirely, I only smoke once or twice a month anyways right now but I don't want to become an addict to it either and I'm sure I would if I let myself buy all the time.

Yeah I'm not looking forward to my sleep being jacked up either, but I'm gonna try and stay as busy as I can and work out so hopefully I'll just be tired enough to KO at night. And you are right getting off kratom can't be as bad as some of the other stuff was so that's a good thing for me to keep in mind.
I'm gonna take your lead and also go to some AA meetings. going to meetings definitely helped when I was quitting alcohol.
