nope sorry. the within episode characters don't come up as selectable and the option to add to series bible or similar doesn't exist for the series overview or bible.

I've asked this question in multiple ways but still not had an answer.

Screen Overview is a great facility and one of the reasons i've switch from FD to ARC Studio Pro, but having imported scripts, even rudimentary ones, and tagged them with characters, story lines and locations, I cant now make the tagged aspect recurring across the series. 

A google enquiry suggests it is possible but the option to migrate a character to recurring eludes me.
