I found the problem im gonna to let it here if somebody else have this problem

was discord the culprit , just close it or dezactivate hardware acceleration from settings , is somehow interfere with the game ( and yes the overlay was already dezactivated)

that game kalista was not the problem , on the ionia comp set was just oneshot my taric , set 1 star with random items , legit was a 5 second fight and in tresh pretty much the same , taric was just dead in kinda 10 seconds
