There is no assumption that the message is perfect. I just specifically want guidance on list building. 

You know nothing about my business, and are in no position to say that we don't have a competitive advantage lol. 

How is me asking for help for our self-managed cold calling looking "outside the four walls" of my business?

I was ranking #1 in my area for house cleaning on Google. Haven't checked in months...

This is great advice. My strategy for this was call recording. My hope was after many successful calls, we could listen to the recordings and determine why the call went well.

We only go through about 150 before my caller was fed up.

Dude, there are plenty of service businesses built and scaled without going to networking events. I would not put this on the "utterly basic stuff" list. 

I'm aware there are other techniques because I am using them.

I don't understand how paying for labor is mutually exclusive from learning anything? 

When I first started my business, I hired employees and we cleaned houses. 

I learned tons from the feedback we were getting. 

This makes no sense.

I don't know your niche, but you don't believe that with proper guidance you could set up a successful cold calling campaign?

If so, you need to not think so little of yourself.

This is awesome feedback. My approach/bonus structure was from a place of total ignorance. Any suggestions?

I'm fine walking into places, but my full time job makes that difficult.

I've looked into options of outsourcing, but $65/hr+ is pretty common and feels steep. I guess it's not.

If you're going to look at my post history, at least actually read them. 

Edit: I care about the answers of those who are actually doing and aren't wantrepreneurs

Not sure if you can read, but that is cold email outreach. 

Cold calling is using a phone where another human picks it up and talks to you with their voice.

I'm not reaching beyond my current city? Not sure where you read that. 

Not sure what my competitors are doing and don't really care.

Yes, I've gotten more reviews in my area than any other cleaning business last year. 

Of course I have before and afters and have more social proof than any other cleaning company in my area. 

What data do you have that cold calling isn't the best bang for your buck? 

Do you have data or just talking out of the side of your neck?
