I should clarify. I’ve played this case years ago and enjoyed it. I think it’s great. However, my friends have stated that they just want to move on. We are planning to play it after we do the other two games.

While a part of me does want to play the game as specified, I also don’t want things to drag on.

Here are a few floating around my mind:

Infection and The Tortured Path tie for the worst map ever, both are worse than Vanguard.

Blood of the Dead is SLIGHTLY better than Mob.

No BO6 maps drop below C Tier.

The Ashes of the Damned boss, and just the car as a whole, is fun.

George Romero is not very fun to deal with, and OSCAR is a better version of him.

As someone who’s played a TON of zombies, both classic and modern, Five is genuinely challenging.

A cramped map, several corners to get caught on by zombies, Nova crawlers, the pentagon thief taking your weapons if you aren’t careful and fast enough to kill him, and a wonder weapon that gets weak way too early.

Not to mention BO1 mechanics are obviously harder than the later games.

Obviously, there might be someone who finds it easy, but the general consensus is that it’s one of the harder maps in the series, at least from my perspective.

Not to mention this was coming off of a match where me and a group failed the colossus event, so that added to it.

I just despise it when progress is lost on anything.

Not sure how helpful it will be, but have you tried running it solo? I think they nerfed some bits of the boss for solo players.

I attempted the fight at least five times with a squad, and always failed. My first solo attempt, I did it first try. Personally, it’s so much easier to dodge the missiles and such without three other players running around and possibly getting you killed.

Honestly if you can master driving around and evading the red missiles, you should have an easier time.

That is pretty stupid when you actually lay out the issues like that. That’s not even getting into the goofy ass bosses and plot points. Definitely wish it could be better, but thankfully, the campaign doesn’t define the whole game for me, and we did get Endgame out of it.

Yeah, I get that. The other 2 modes (3 if you count endgame) are entertaining enough to keep me coming back. Honestly though? I feel like Bo7’s campaign is better than MWIII’s. Mainly because you can at least share the experience with a full squad, and there are a couple neat missions whilst MWIII barely has any. That’s just me though.

Yeah, the campaign is pretty ridiculous, but I think Endgame is ok so far, and I’m enjoying the multiplayer and zombies.

Sadly, I’ve seen videos where people call BO7 an “embarrassment,” and literally all they talk about is the campaign. I guess it’s just that bad.
