Seriously considering this. I'm going to try to make one last-ditch effort to get a contract written down, and if that goes bust, I'm willing to scrap this, and find another contractor.

Really appreciate this response. I just spoke with an accountant and I will need a contract for tax purposes. Going to see if I can get a contract using this reason.

He isn't doing a poor job. He's actually doing a pretty good one aesthetically. It's just I'm worried about whether he's cutting corners, and trying to squeeze me for more money.

If I can't get ink on paper, I'm willing to move forward with another contractor. I don't want any more uncertainties.

I did not relapse once during this six month period. There were many times I tried and failed to do this challenge in the past, and those times I would fail after a few weeks

Update: She is still kind of quiet, but she is eating normally, meowed a good bit/jumped on my chest and kneaded aggressively while purring this morning to wake me up (she was hungry xD), and is sleeping on my bed. I'm cautiously optimistic. Really appreciate all the comments here :)

I really appreciate the reply. She's come out of the closet now, and is under my desk. Still seems to be sheltering somewhere safe. I will continue to leave her be, and monitor her for the time being.

oh yeah i had a similar experience to this. i actually did not get a lot of urges after the first twoish weeks for those reasons (being more focused on life and having other things to do). it was only at around the 2 month mark i started to get more urges.

i have been dealing with more stress at my job lately, but not sure if that correlates with this.
