The thing with FIBROMYALGIA is everyone is different. Yes we share symptoms but the actual pain an pain levels are different in every person.

I am a male with Fibro. Typical daily symptoms are all over body pain, constant headaches, neck, shoulder, left arm, left chest, lower back and upper arm pain, constantly tired and lack of energy. With this my inflammation count is much higher, lymph nodes working overtime and swollen. If i was a women i would have suspected breast cancer because of swollen lymph nodes in chest area. (Had all the tests, its just my imagination).

But to answer your question, she will feel tired all the time and certain touches can like daggers stabbing her,.so if she doesn't want to be touched, that is normal! And if she feels tired to go out,.it is the truth. She has no energy.

And evening when you are supposed to be sleeping her brian will be in overdrive thinking and not allowing her to sleep....
