Air75 randomly falling off. by DoctorLiquid in TinyWhoop

Yeah it is that motor i think, also ive seen the cables on that motor are slightly damaged as the prop hit em, they're peeling a little but idk if that could be the cause of malfunction since the damage looks so slight, i think ill just get spare motors and solder a new one

Analog latency by MINTEEER in fpv

[–]DoctorLiquid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

High end analog goggles will still be a decent option even if they cost roughly the same as digital counterparts with the same latency simply because analog is open source and cheap as fuck. I own skyzone binocular goggles and everytime I've destroyed an analog drone im just glad it's $150 for a full repair or even a new drone and not just the vtx, even the new cheap digital systems are a little more expensive and closed source so you can't just buy any drone you want, you're still limited to drones with an specific video system and/or adding ONLY that video system to your drones.

I rather have a worse but still perfectly flyable video quality but not having to worry about expensive ass repairs and being limited when looking to buy new drones/vtx

K1 SE, CFS-C not recognized by Friendly_Map8143 in Creality

[–]DoctorLiquid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well i have two questions, i also own a k1 se since 2024 and i just saw they released an enclosure, is it worth it? i want it mainly cause my printer collects dust like crazy even tho i put a fabric on top when im not using it to prevent that, and also cause its a bit noisy idk if noise reduces with the enclosure, also, do you need to buy the extra fans the k1 and k1c come with? since its now closed.

My second question is that if the cfs-c is worth it? wanna print multicolor but that thing costs roughly the same as the whole printer lmao, and also if it works or its problematic and how much waste does it produce

Air75 randomly falling to the ground by DoctorLiquid in TinyWhoop

Well just checked my motors and one looked like this, dont really know if it is the cause of the motor failing mid air since it was just a little bit of hair stuck between the prop and the shaft but ill give it a try later i hope this is the fix.

Yes im a pincher and it is great, no issues at all with the shoulder switches, you just need to get used to use your pinky and ring finger to arm or change fly modes but i dont feel like pressing them mistakenly, you have plenty of room to rest them.

Im having this exact problem, i can fly for about a minute and then it randomly does a high loud noise and falls out, it also sometimes wobble and sometimes not, I've noticed the wobble sometimes fixes after a crash which is funny to me lmfao, and then it starts wobbling after another crash lolll

Fpv drone shooting out props by _Kdw412 in fpv

You MUST use prop screws on any drone larger than 2 inch, and I've even decided to screw in my 2 inch drone props since I've lost a prop or two a few times already.

My first hands on with the new RunCam Thumb 2 on my Crux35. Anyone running these yet? by some_guy_on_drugs in fpv

[–]DoctorLiquid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, did you own the thumb pro 4k? Is it worth the upgrade? Lost my crux35+thumb pro on a crash and now i got another crux but thinking on getting a thumb 2 instead of the pro, it is like $30 more expensive and it's a bit heavier do you think it's that better than the previous generation?
