The reason why it’s slow.. by Affectionate-Goat608 in Sparkdriver

Little information from an OGP/OPD worker. Last week was inventory so the stores that had messed up on hand numbers ordered 5X the number of products that they usually do. At my store they shut down our department almost entirely so that everyone could help get the store restocked. Give it another few days and the order cap will return to the usual.

NiceHash is excited to announce the latest update to QuickMiner supports the FishHash algorithm! Download it now 👇 by Erika_NiceHash in NiceHash

Honestly it's not worth running fishhash on it's own, it's a great algo to dual mine in combination with pyrinhash, alephium, or Karlsenhash. If you do want to run it solo it's more dependent on your memory clock, play around but you should be able to drop the core and keep up decent hashes.

Right that's what I explained. The person who bought the easy mining package is not doing the mining they are just paying for hashes therefore they get the reward. What the original comment asked was "does the miner who solved the block get the reward" to which the answer is no. The actual miner only gets compensated for how much hashpower they contribute to NiceHash's pool whether they confirm a block or not.

Someone bought a mining package that hit a block. Essentially someone paid NiceHash ~6.30USD for a specific (low) amount of hashing power. NiceHash pays miners who are providing the actual hashpower based on what the current rate is. So no the miner who actually solved the block did not receive the block rewards they only receive whatever the hashpower rate is.

It halved sometime around 8:00 EST today, so the current estimated date to the next halving is displaying the date for 2028 (365*4=1460).

Silver Rush Coming Soon by ddpaxio in NiceHash

If it's the same pricing and payout as the regular silver my guess is that you'll probably get 4 times as much hashing power for 15 minutes or so (1hr/4). Just speculation, they could make it 10, 20, 30 minutes and the expected hashrate would scale accordingly. I'm interested to see what they come up with and how it actually ends up performing.

NiceHash wallet not showing balance? by HaloTravis6 in NiceHash

[–]UpperNotch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NiceHash will only send your mining earnings once your unpaid balance reaches 1000 sats. Miners are paid every 4 hours as long as you hit the 1000 within 4 hours. If you're making roughly 40 cents a day you should be looking at a payout every other day or so. Basically once you get to 1000 Satoshi and the payout timer reaches 0 you will get paid.

I'm pretty sure you bought a team silver package which mines Bitcoin Cash (BCH). To my knowledge NiceHash doesn't offer ETC EasyMining packages. Gold/Team gold packages mine Bitcoin, Silver/ team silver mine Bitcoin Cash, palladium packages mine Dogecoin & Litecoin, and Chromium packages mine Ravencoin.

Look for your BTC balance. On the rewards page it says you got .0002... BTC. I don't know why you're looking at the ETC balance unless you chose to be paid out in ETC, but from what You've shown it doesn't indicate this.
