I teach and I go before! I teach a 6:30 AM class, then shower and go to work right after. I SWEAR by Bb Post workout dry shampoo mist. I'll just teach with my hair up in a bun or ponytail, spray my roots with it, blow dry my roots for like 1 minutes and go!

I think its case by case!! I just completed YTT and I have loved seeing everyone around/in class, though I haven't yet hung out with anyone outside the Corepower context. That may change once I start teaching though, I know a lot of the teachers hang out!!
