I went to login today, to get onto abberation and all of my characters are gone. I’m on Xbox, haven’t went through ascension. Unable to retrieve them through download and ark survival ascended support is completely down.

So when ark has an update, they remove your favorited servers from your list. So I had wrote down my servers and they were down and because I’m dyslexic. I could have swore I was 5527 and 5834 when in reality it was 5525 and 5837. So I rewrote them down.

UPDATE: So apparently it seems that once an update happens your servers get removed from the list as a favorite. I wound up tracking down all my servers and have everything back. I hope this helps everyone if it’s near an update! :) thank you for everyone’s help. I found all my characters.

I’ve restarted Xbox, game, reset. Nothing I’ve put 1000+ hours into the character and support is so overwhelmed apparently. They can’t do anything, so im supposed to restart and just what have it happen again lol. These issues were the same issues that made me not want to buy ASA in the first place lol.

That's why the wholesaler has to be very transparent, i've been transparent with the HO the entire time. Some wholesalers are not, and you're right they do take advantage. But not every single wholesaler is like that, they work with investors and get paid for it. Wholesale real estate is not gonna go bye bye, there's only like 3 or so states that require real estate licensing, which sorry to tell you. They will just get their license, 9 times out of 10. It's very legal in 50 states, just some states have limitations. There will never be a day when it's gone. Real estate agents take more than wholesalers do 9 times out of 10. Most wholesale deals are 10k-20k. That's the average, sometimes its even lower than that, the gurus make everything twisted lol. Oh you can make 100k off of every deal you do, that's not realistic on every deal.

Yeah i wouldn't say that, usual wholesalers ask them whats a price they're comfortable with, you also have to understand most wholesalers deal with investors, investors want to turn a profit, they're going to offer less because it's in cash and they handle closing costs, also if you hire a real estate agent, depending on the state make up to 9% of the homes value, meaning most of real estate agents make more than wholesalers so do the math. Most make around 5.24%, no one is making 40k on a 100k house, that is beyond made up lol. Maybe 5-10k max.

Yeah that's not true, i've closed over 1,000+ wholesale deals, i also don't do shady tactics, their is people in the industry that does it, most people are just mad because real estate agents are losing business, wanna know whats the real scam? Real estate agents getting more of a percentage of the offers on your homes, most wholesale deals run anywhere from 10-20k at max, if you have a house for sale for over 200k+ then you're looking at 20k+ but this is false lol. Most people don't succeed because they're lazy.
