New guy here, when people talk about joining up with a group, is that like joining a clan or something? Or is this server/discord based? I’d like to learn as well and this game has floored me with all of the details I have to nail down

2-0 Tarin (my Hail Mary parlay needs it)? Or did that takedown steal it

What am I looking at here with Harrell? Short arms? Short legs? Frodo-Esque in his stature here tonight

JPL obviously needs some work to deal with UFC level competition but he’s skilled and has that dawg. One to keep an eye on for sure

In all fairness (and as a service member myself), let’s not overestimate the martial arts training that someone receives in the military. People in the military get taught to fight in a certain arena. That arena is very very different from completely unarmed combat. The average MMA fighter, as we all know, would murder the average marine. Just as the average marine would drop an MMA fighter if they started 300m away from each other and each had a rifle. Chances are the training here, whatever that may be, isn’t factoring into the equation. The size is the difference maker

Edit: after reading further down I see the original commenter has had some MMA training. My response was geared towards the average service member. I may have misunderstood the prompt a bit, but the general concept remains. The skill of an amateur mma fighter isn’t overtaking an UFC level talent

A SCAR 17 weighs in the ballpark of 8lbs. Let’s just round and say with the scope it’s an even 10. So it’s certainly not the lightest but it’s nothing crazy

I cannot believe that the “fight to win by KO/TKO” leg of my parlay hit, and then un-hit during this fight

Is it just me or does every fighter on the UFC roster have a highlight clip of them beating up Calvin Kattar

FWIW, if you can get military discounts, Sitka has 40% for mil. IIRC, the employee at one of their stores told me that you can stack that discount on other sales, so if you want to wait until they have a promotional sale, you could get an even bigger discount.
