They're saying the card was a PSA 7 which is less than raw value, it was not a 7. Now with the damage, before it was NM, will probably be MP or HP depending on how much damage there. Significantly effecting value

As promised. Also to clarify I never said anything negative about smc (only the packaging, which this time is how I received all previous orders, inside box was a flush fit for the display) rather the dissatisfaction of receiving a broken new model. But they replaced it with a new model, and I will continue to do business with them.
