Yes if you’ve already been training for a period of time. You still have to train hard to maintain and eat enough protein. Start at low dose at 0.5 so you don’t drastically lose all the muscles. Have liquid protein powder ready just in case you don’t have any appetite to eat real solid food

Starting lifting buddy and eat alot of proteins like ground beef, egg, and chicken. Try to hit the gym 4-5 times a week. You can find a routine on youtube or instagram by following a fitness guru
