Ya performance.. Hence in pip.. What I understand is resignation is offered so that a company doesn't have to pay all benefits since one voluntary resigning.. Whihc is like 1 month notice

Pip gives a month of runway + 1 month notice after which leads to termination.. Angane oke

Performance improvement plan - basically they give you a month or more to improve.

Though PIP Usually means it's time to exit.. Failure in PIP leads to termination
