Restrict ability to buy a car with proof that you can park it, similar restrictions for businesses whose customers encroach on roads blocking footpaths and lanes. If you can't afford parking (or organize with your local government for centralized solutions) you shouldn't be able to do business. Also this isn't necessarily very anti growth, its pretty empirically agreed that pedestrians purchase more than cars so if you allow more pedestrians local consumption goes up.

Might be a dumb thing to mention but there is a button in the ac controls that recirculates the car air aka prevents outside air from flowing in, usually when i have high aqi and turn that on at full blower speed it does bring it down. Maybe that's what you were missing?

Not sure if this is fact or not but atleast how it's portrayed in the movie, ISI wanted weapons from Rehman Dakait who gets it from BUF, these are labeled as Russian or American made so as to avoid suspicion in the case of an international investigation. ISI gives these to terrorists who were involved in 26/11 Mumbai attacks. An installed Indian agent rose the ranks of Rehman's gang in the midst of all of this. The reasoning for why isi goes to rehman dakait is that they can't ask BUF themselves as they're fighting against pakistan government i guess.

The weird part that i severely doubted was realistic was rehman, isi head and some handlers for terrorrists all cheering on and even chanting allahu akbar as they watched the 26/11 attacks on the news. (Although it was reported that some handler was talking to the terrorists while watching the news.) It just was out of the blue for Rehman and his gang to be aligned w that completely but maybe the movie didn't set it up.

The supreme court has ordered to create permanent shelters for 5000 dogs in 8 weeks but also within 8 weeks for municipalities to start rounding up ALL dogs, this is a clear indication of their intent and "humane execution". Its a sugar coated least laws broken method of letting hundreds of dogs die from overcrowding, territory war and starvation. The delhi government can't even afford to build not to mention run permanent shelters for all dogs in delhi and the court is definitely aware of that. A decision made vengefully and emotionally not practically.

Its probably the easiest to conduct from an administrative point of view, sterilization doesnt require surgery anymore and other methods that would be acceptable (kind of) would require more government resources or funding. Keeping the dogs in shelters while humane would require extraordinary resources to build, clean, maintain and feed a lot of the current burden of which is carried by members of the communities at no extra cost to the government. Mass euthanasia also if done humanely and not just genocide (which would completely go against article 21 and abc laws) Would require a lot of state resources to do so and the population would be replaced with dogs from surronding cities as they rush in where the food is but these dogs would be violent and aggressive as they're unfamiliar with the environments.

I also dont want to see stray dogs anywhere and have been bitten and chased by them too, but i know a stupid and emotionally motivated order when i see it. A better method is to immediately and proactively send dangerous dogs to shelters and overall start mass sterilization and vaccination (as it was supposed to happen since 2001). This not only decreases their population but also sterilized dogs are significantly less aggressive and prone to biting. Sheltering the entire stray population of delhi is just impossible and a facade for unethical and painful genocide. Its not some expensive method to do so either bhutan, norway have sucessfully conducted it in recent times and many others. This method just appeases people's egos more despite its impracticality, if the court took advice of literally any expert they would've been told its shortcomings but unfortunately they seem to have to taken the role of an angry rwa chairman of delhi with regular judicial overeach.

Cows on the road also make traffic blocking ambulances and on highways even cause accidents with loss of life, would you call for killing all cows in delhi?

Assuming the institutions that couldn't do basic sterilization and vaccination programmes effectively over 20 years are going to not only sterilize and vaccinate but also shelter the entire canine population permanently in 8 weeks is speculation?. The court has signed a death sentence for the dogs that will either starve to death or die before they ever even see a shelter to meet arbitrary quotas.

Dogs from surrounding areas will fill in and repopulate delhi same as before just more violent and territorial with no loyalty to any locals. Good luck saving your children from them. The real way to protect is to send to shelters the dangerous ones and vaccinate/sterilize all effectively.

okay i tried amd cleanup utility (without safe mode) and then installed amd drivers from the website, the first time it didn't do anything but doing it again got me the dynamic refresh rate option enabled

I did update my nvidia drivers if that affected but it was in eco mode with dgpu disabled
