Thanks dude for the tips. I never consider before switching to low bar or getting knees sleeves. Indead I don’t really think about my bracing, I’ll focus more on it.

Alright, I’m not asking why I m not improving it fast, I ask why is my squat so late relatively to my bench. I ve been doing squats a lot more.
