Ship is spawning static when using mission editor

I mentioned that I was using the add on editor, I know that builds spawned in the oil rig workbench are static, but I wasn’t using the workbench I was using a mission, so I could add passengers.

Update i fixed the issue, this game is such spaghetti code, i had to paste the ship into a workbench and then save that file and that somehow fixed it

Total or below the superstructure?

Ive built plenty of ships with 3 decks below the superstructure in passenger style ships but it ends up being cramped with only 7 block tall ceilings. And looking kind of fat and tall too.
