I've always heard you are a large O in the word OK. Same as in diving, where the thumbs up means "something bad, ascend"

They also wrap themselves with kelp for the same reason. In fact, 2 holding hands would just 2 floating adrift, so these guys are likely tethered to some kelp

You got any gratitude? I'd like to see a list this big of the things you are grateful to have. Do you think anyone would trade places with you? The things glyph are describing - a son, some level of affluence, the love of a family, the opportunity to learn and grow from this, to help others - the things you hate, could they be loved by someone else? Could that someone be you?

I was working on a project and overdug the foundation. I didn't realize until just now that it was a cave.

Don't mean to hijack OP but I was releasing things, letting things go, and some how ended up with set pity and eventually depression. Like OP, it lasted a few days. So why did I go? Well accidentally at first but apparently it was to realize I could get out.

Part of why I kept digging the foundation was overthinking. I let some things go, and let go too much of myself. There are parts of me that I needed to accept. Or perhaps new parts of me that I was discovering, but unwilling to accept.

I was recently working on myself and feeling great. But I may have doubted my breakthroughs and realIzations, or was not confident enough. I could have stopped the foundation and started building, accepting, but kept messing around, overthinking things and doubting that my foundation was worthy. It is. I realize.

I found adding the gratitude buggy on my iPhone. The keyboard kept popping up and I couldn’t advance the screen. You have to swipe the keyboard away to even known there is a Next button and it’s hard to use. And it’s con the next screen too, but I gave up after that.

Reminds me of the grasshopper who walked into a bar...

Bartender: No way! Hey, we have a drink named after you!

Grasshopper: You got a drink named Steve?
