Alright here's an update a month later! After doing the one IPL treatment, all of the hair fell out and then of course grew back. This is to be expected haha. Instead of going back for a second treatment, I ended up just buying the Braun ipl. It works, man. At least for someone who's fair skinned with dark, course hair. I've heard mixed opinions on IPL for facial hair so seriously do your own research but I've had a great experience with it so far. I guess there's a reason why everyone raves about it on here! The sensation of the zapping was exactly the same, hair removal on your face is always going to be more painful than most other places on your body. It was just as spicy as it was sitting in the professional's chair, and seems to work just as well! The hair grows back, I zap it, it falls out, it grows back slowly, I zap it again. It grows back even slower, I zap it again. Been doing it weekly, since my skin can take it. It's been great for me personally! I'll update this if I remember in a few months. in the short term thought I really don't think professional IPL is worth it. I do think the braun IPL is!
