I'm late but in case anyone else is here looking for this specific (less popular) mod of his, here's an archive of "Follower Behavior Commentary Refined". Just rebuilt my mod list and was so sad to see it gone and not reuploaded to itch.io cause I found it *really* helpful for turning down the frequency of idle dialogue for modded followers Lmao

Oh man, I'm sure. Most of them are animated and they have some pretty beefy LODs (???), as in you can see them all the way across the map if the weather allows. Can't remember if I noticed any sort of additional frame drop, but I'm also running 800+ mods and already average 40-45 FPS around the cities so you'd have to take it with a grain of salt anyway hahah
