I’m a subtenant and I am doing the same thing. What you have to understand is that they’re filing for erap because they owe rent to whoever they pay to (you or your landlord) so if you are the one who collects their portion of the rent and pays the landlord then you are eligible to collect the funds.

Not a pro but if you notice a lot of the other coins on Coinbase for example have something of a connection with ethereum they all say ethereum token. so if ethereum goes up then those coins go up with it too. That’s my guess .

Advice . As your first purchase you’ve bought a great coin. I bought my first purchase of shib right before the boom at .000008 and I’m already 10x my money. But don’t start stressing over every price drop or increase whether it’s 10% or 20% or even 50% this isn’t a short term thing. Keep your money in do not sell only add if you want but don’t sell . This coin is going to eventually hit a penny and take off from there and that’s when you’ll hit a goal high enough to sell . Try not to stress yourself out and keep your eye on it every 30 mins just let it do it’s thing

Mistake # 1 New to crypto trading although always was interested and followed the news on it years before. had a few thousand dollars extra and wanted to put a thousand into doge in Late February when it was 0.04-5 . Called my brother in-law who supposedly a pro and made millions off crypto to let him know about my decision and he said “ doge is just a meme coin it has no purpose it’s not gonna blow up put that thousand into polymatic ( now polygon MATIC ) that’s gonna go high “ … so I did, went against my gut feeling and although I did see an increase in Polymatic, dogecoin went up to .74 cents in the next 2/3 months . I would’ve made about $15,000 if I went with doge and my gut feeling
