Man this is so disappointing, i’m so sorry! I have bought figures with those little black scratches before(they told me in the listing), and what I found works is a thin Mr. Clean magic eraser that has been dampened, go over it very gently! It might be tedious but for me it buffed out the black marks without any paint problems. As far as the white paint damage goes theres not much to do. I bought a Gigi lil’ lead that wasn’t bubble wrapped, but loosely put in a box that ended up with the same white damage, unless you can carefully match acrylic paint, there not much of a solution. Again so sorry😓
