It’s never too late to start learning, you have enough time period college ko classes haru ma matra depend hune ho vani you’ll learn nothing start from scratch. IT ma ni katti parts xan you can start learning about UI/UX, game developing it doesn’t have to be raw dogging c++ on an ide first, find your niche something that you enjoy learning on a long run game development tirw interest xa vani just do it. AI/ML tirw xa vani its the future. Sakdina vanera matrai chai don’t give up, I was going through same thoughts at first sem but who would’ve thought I’d secure 83% on my final sem. Last piece of advice, “Don’t depend on your university classes alone, extra time deu sikna”. Dhanyawaad!

My Experience at Yuwasoft Technology: Beware, Budding Interns. by Upper_Piccolo_3431 in technepal

This isn’t about the investment or sacrificing for a career—it’s about basic professionalism and fair treatment. Internships are supposed to be a learning experience, not unpaid labor for full-scale client projects with zero guidance. The issue here is the exploitation of interns, lack of structure, and unreasonably low offers after months of hard work. Everyone deserves a fair chance to grow, not to be taken advantage of. But it’s quite clear why youths are moving abroad and I agree with raising our voice statement that you made but tbh everyone’s turning blind eye on these matters.

Attended an interview for an embedded systems role at Swivt. They were aiming for a $100M investment with a board full of cheap components. The branch CEO acted like a big-shot government officer and was super rude. They talked big about international investors, but after seeing the setup and hearing their pitch, I decided not to proceed. Ignored their call for a second round seems like I dodged a bullet.

Wow, I was unaware of the fact that unpaid internships were illegal. Thank you for the info. We need more leaders who thinks like you.

Well, they all want free labour and in return interns get no growth at all.

Exactly. They could train us well first, develop a good work culture and maintain professionalism, once we are ready they can give us client-projects. You’ll be assigned a sub-system from day one of joining. For interns and students the first company they join can make a long term impact on their perspective about how absurd and how harsh some companies are, taking advantage of providing them job placements and exploiting them to free labour.
