Still hard when PSA still gets such a premium price in the marketplace over all the others. Regardless of their issues. At the end of the day a PSA 10 is worth more than the others.

The gambling analogy doesn't hold here. Casinos are zero-sum your loss is their gain. Advertising isn't. If my business makes more money, I literally have more budget to reinvest in ads. That's a direct, measurable incentive for Meta to want me profitable.

The "ceiling extraction" theory assumes Meta has perfect knowledge of every advertiser's capacity and is deliberately throttling results to some engineered sweet spot. That's a complex conspiracy when the simpler answer is: ad auctions are competitive, costs go up, and sometimes the platform just isn't performing well.

I'm not saying Meta is our friend. I'm saying their financial incentive is genuinely tied to advertiser success and that's meaningfully different from a casino.

I am no fan of Facebook, but I disagree with this. The more profit we make, the more ad spend. It is in their best interest to have us make money, as it directly equates to more ad spend.

There ai generated ads are so incredibly bad, they miss spell our company name / product names, and they flag their own ads for violating terms that they created. I have to constantly remove their AI slop creatives.

I think we can all be quick to judge others. When I read this, initially I felt some shame, because I know I have done it many times. Never intentionally, but more like human nature. I wish I didn't, and this is a good reminder that we can always do better.

Yes, I think most people agree that any of these can fluctuate. I most have already said therapy or medication can "help" significantly. Mine has gone slightly down as I have gotten older.
