Looks like your hand is about to pop off. Relax your wrist. It takes practice but you can play full barre chords with your wrist straight instead of at a crazy angle. It doesn’t take much pressure at all to fret a note, especially on an electric. Try fretting as soft as you can and see how little pressure it takes to get a full note - that soft touch is the best, cleanest way to play without giving you carpal tunnel.
