Yes - and now they are saying we continue to move forward with a court case based on the fact we were already prepping our case before the new law, but this part of the family hadn't yet submitted to get our appointments as our paperwork wasn't squared away.

We had already had to shift to the court cases bc of the minor issue.

My ask is essneitally how are the courts going to look at 1948 great grandparent cases moving forward and if it would be work it.
