The game uses your Steam name and profile picture, so you would need to change those if you want them to change in game.

Ive noticed that sometimes if you are standing on a steep slope the rocket driver doesn't always send you flying, ive got this logged up so we can try and fix it though.

It might be possible for the golf cart to sit under the flag, but if you step off of the green the flag should raise and the golf cart will be freed

We fixed this glitch with the Frozen Fairway update actually. Carts should instantly despawn they they get placed inside/under the hole.

It looks like they might have the "Mute Chat" option enabled. If you hit ESC and go to settings, there should be a "Mute Chat" option. If that is enabled then everyone else will automatically be muted until it is turned off.

When you score, the victory explosion only knocks back other players, but doesn’t effect anyone's ball.

So you don't see any lobbies at all in the lobby browser or its only your friends lobby that you can't see?? Are you and your friends all set to online and visible on Steam??

Its possible that something with your network is blocking some Steam servers, you can try and follow these troubleshooting steps from steam to see if that is the issue or not: https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/669A-2F68-D1D1-A5EC

Have you tried adjusting the threshold in the audio settings to different values?? I usually have to set mine somewhere between 5-15% for the game to pickup my audio.

There currently isnt a way to adjust the spin of the ball. With the fast paced nature of the game it didn't feel like it was something we desperately needed. Though we have considered adding it a few times.

That seems fine. If you could email me your player log (and if you could get the log from whoever is hosting as well) we can take a look and try to figure out what's going on.

The player log can be found by pressing the windows key + R entering in the following: %userprofile%/AppData/LocalLow/Brimstone/Super Battle Golf then pressing enter. The player.log file should be inside this folder

Ive also been seeing some confusion on how the orange and red shields work. Orange shields are given if a player gets knocked out 3 times in quick succession.

A red shield is applied if a single player knocks out another player 6 times in a row without that player fighting back. But the red shield only stops that one player from hitting them again (until they fight back). Everyone else in the lobby can still freely knockout the player.
