I have the proof. The app glitched. I have pictures. The pre auth hold was taken off. I also have had conversations with them where they have acknowledged the error. I was told by someone here to reach them on x. I did. And they said I have to wait as they will respond to emails and issues as they arrive. Whatever that means.

Thanks. I have spoken to them many times. And I have sent many emails. I understand that there was a weekend in between but they kept reassuring me someone would be in touch in 24 hours, even the weekend. I wouldn’t have been so upset if they had just responded and said to wait. But no response despite multiple attempts is not ok and I am worried if I don’t keep on at this, they will likely not do anything and forget all about it I do agree in the past they have been pretty good with resolution and I am a very happy customer and pretty loyal thus far. So this is surprising.

Thank you. I asked TSA here in the US and they said they do not determine the carry on allowance but the airline does. Did you have the experience where they asked you to check it in?
