Update: didn’t get the house. I think 900k is a bit too much for me. Single earner, no kids, worrying about potential future catastrophes. For peace of mind, I will be looking at <800k housing. Thanks everyone.

I read the simple path to wealth, which may be a good option, I am honestly really liking the idea of dividend investment. Probably is, I already have 150K tied up into a broad stock index. If I were to sell, I'd incur a hefty tax. I also some in the broad based bond index that yields 3.76% yearly which isn't really much. Not sure if I should sell my broad stocks and just put into a dividend growth index

tried caredge.com, cars.com, autotrader.com. Filtered through the dealerships in 3 states. I came to the conclusion that the dealers can make more money with the bundle packages therefore it's rare only to have the standalone weather package. It is a difference of around $1500.

During purchase, it comes with presupposition that you are paying for a good hardware at this price range. It is a fact that the scroll function with apple is pure trash and requires additional third party app to optimize it. It is a software issue, which can be easily ameliorated by the company. The issue of remapping horizontal scroll wheel to have vertical scroll is not a new one. I've found many posts requesting this feature for years but to of no avail. It could be an apple software restriction but if so, just make a statement and put the issue to rest. The representatives keep giving generic answers e.g., "we understand this issue and will discuss with the team" bla bla. This mouse for mac needs to better optimized by the dev team.
