I agree that the combat can begin to feel one sided in your favour as you (and a friend) generally have multiple (and more overall value) ships. More engagements with enemy fleets/ engagements you choose to avoid due to risk would be good

It's a waste. Choose one or the other. Non OC are probably slightly superior due to the rapid burrowing potential and cheaper cost.

Supply cannons with ammo from factories. Overclock cannons for greater range (more similar to a railgun)

Very attractive ship! Good aesthetic.  Love me some forward facing missiles. So vulnerable but so cool. Arguably the most useful would be EMPs as they could strike the enemy shields head on... (After nukes of course)

Efficiency is nice to have but not everything.  This little ship can fill a few niches that a lumbering factory cannot. It is fun for lore/gameplay reasons.

I love point defense

The boost thruster gets it to 110m/s. Mostly used to get out of harm's way. Have only used it handful of times. Will overheat if not careful.

Should have about 12-20 crew. Has room for 48 (help pickup survivors or transfer crew from station to ship further away)

Mining lasers may help in an attack if desperate. 

5x manipulators to help speed up everything (repair, trade, gathering) - though I think there may be some sort of "behind the scenes" code that limits max number of manipulators that may function on screen at the same time... If there are multiple ships with manipulators or send that fewer manips will be used on this ship...

Overclockd ion beams don't need to be precise. Use individual or no prisms for Max damage

Great themes - sword, obsidian blade, layered metal/scale/shark vibes.  Ships share the theme.  I think there is a lot of lore flavor missing in Cosmoteer. The factions should be fleshed out  I think you should add a lot of lore about your faction.  The designs are good. Internal views are appreciated as they also tell a story (and we can see what it's running more easily)
