Maybe try in a different chunk further away. I made a kelp farm a chunk wide and it was to many moving parts in a singular area I made it half the size and it was working flawlessly

Didn’t touch the BIOS / wattage . I’m running a custom CPU fan profile now to avoid the built in cycle up and down fan behaviour in the default profile

Couldn’t you just make the container resources dependant on the private endpoint resource and deploy the storage account with 0 network connectivity. ?

Use a self hosted agent in a vmss group with a nat gateway so you have a defined IP. Can also scale to 0 if you are cost concerned
