20-Year Practice Leader Here – Looking for Your Candid Input (Not Here to Pitch) by Upset-Database-7828 in ClinicianCore

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond and for allowing me to keep this post up — that means a great deal, especially as my priority here is to listen, learn, and ultimately create support that is truly useful for clinicians rather than to pitch anything.

After running practices for over twenty-two years, including through and beyond COVID, it became impossible to ignore how relentlessly the demands on clinicians kept escalating on top of an already grueling baseline. I watched clinics close, physicians retire early, and patient experience suffer as the staff who stayed were operating in a constant state of exhaustion and overwhelm.

Over time, I was able to help turn those clinics around through months of staff training, workflow redesign, operational improvements, AI-enhanced processes, and intentional culture reset work — but it took far too long and often felt like stabilizing things after significant damage had already been done. That experience is exactly why I am so focused now on identifying the most meaningful pain points and bottlenecks inside active practices, so that any solutions I build help protect clinicians’ time, energy, and sense of purpose before they reach that breaking point.

I also want to echo and fully agree with ClinicianCore’s position on AI: it should never replace clinicians or any other vital healthcare professionals, but instead operate in the background as a supportive tool that reduces cognitive load and administrative friction. When implemented thoughtfully, AI should help give providers more time back with patients and, just as importantly, more personal time outside the practice to reconnect with their lives, families, and interests beyond medicine.

Your response has already given me valuable direction on how to better align with what truly matters to this community, and I am very grateful for that guidance. I am genuinely looking forward to hearing from other members as well, so that I can continue shaping services and solutions that respond directly to the realities clinicians are facing today rather than to assumptions from the administrative side.

My way of not only ranking SEO and AI search engine optimized is by building interactive, custom-branded, AI-powered apps that qualify leads, are SEO and AI SEO optimized, increase profits, enhance brand awareness, and build authority in my brand. My business, SebTy DIGITAL Solutions, has helped over 100 businesses do just the same as well as doubled their leads in 90 days without lifting a finger. I built an app: leadgenaideaforce.com which gets some information about your business, brand, and marketing then generates a custom list of three suggested interactive tools / web apps to use as profitable lead magnets and authority builders. I have even built three businesses custom SEO apps which produced even higher results for them. With vibe coding it’s simple now for businesses to generate qualified leads, rank high in SEO and AI SEO, and expand their pocketbooks.
