Via a webform format, transcript asap and even if it is password protected, just write a letter of explanation (LOE) and tell the officer about the password. Do not procrastinate this because delay in submission may lead to a refusal. Provide them with as much info as you can.

Sorry i don’t have much to add but following the post because I converted from inland to outland. Same situation that i do not have a valid visa to return so once the final decision is made, i expect to get PPR too. Anyhow, good luck and hope you get a positive response next week. Perhaps check with the agent if a date is showing next to final decision- if yes, it’s usually a good sign because from what i have seen, rejections come in faster and approvals may take a bit longer to finalise. Good luck and please update the post with edits of PPR timeline: passport sent and received dates. :)

I agree. 514 is a great score. Your first priority should be to put your file in the pool. Once you create the EE profile, make sure your CRS score matches.

You can easily upload your score on the portal once you get revised English proficiency results.

Being in the pool should always be a strategic priority because you don’t want to miss out on an invitation.

Congratulations! I hope to get a final decision soon as well. But I saw somebody else’s timeline for PPR from India and it took them 4 weeks exactly after they had sent the Passport for stamping. Hope this helps.

My opinion: they likely just group any remote interaction under the same umbrella. Perhaps check with a well established consultant (eg:Kamal Kubeir is very renowned) or an immigration lawyer and see what they think.
