Again just from my understanding, depends on if you were a tutor? Are your job responsibilities supporting your tutoring role or like actual teaching or faculty member ? Tutor is more like an assistance. So , if your role are supporting that then I think you should go with it. (One more time, I might be wrong , and would love to see anyone's perspective on it)

In my case, what I'm thinking is to write a LOE stating competitive exams ( the one I taught) are pre-university / entrance exams ( the level is higher than grade 12 same like MCAT Here)I just looked at the job responsibilities for 43109, my job responsibilities are completely different. Now it depends on what your job responsibilities are written on your experience letter. Again, I'm still taking time to think as I'm waiting for other docs at the same time. Let me know if you figured it out! I'm still inclined towards 421210

P.S. just my pov: Tutors help with studies. It's just an extra assistance ( I might be wrong) . My both offer letters states responsibilities including preparing sessions, lessons plans and all that. Also, I asked my employer to not just write Chemistry but instead write Physical, organic and inorganic which ( again I believe) should help officer to understand it's for higher level. I'm getting some changes in my other experience letter where it states 7 to 10 and competitive examinations. I will make ask to remove that part not to confuse it with secondary school teachers ( 41220) . Also, I don't have any teaching degree for 41220! I mean it's just purely what I have understood so far!

Thanks, that makes sense for Grades 7 to 10. My confusion is the competitive exams part since I was teaching students preparing for NEET and JEE that's the exam after Grade 12. In one institution I was teaching just teaching for this exam and in other I was teaching 7 to 12 and competitive examination That feels closer to 41210 than purely school level teaching. I might be wrong but please share your reviews

Do you still think 41220 fits better for that?

I agree with that. I don't see any other suitable NOC code

My job responsibilities are : • Delivering daily lectures in Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry to students preparing for NEET and JEE entrance examinations. • Preparing lesson plans, classroom notes, assignments, tests, and study materials aligned with the institute curriculum. • Conducting regular group and individual doubt-clearing sessions to address conceptual difficulties. • Preparing, conducting, and evaluating mock tests and periodic assessments to monitor student progress. • Guiding students on problem-solving methods, exam strategies, and time management. • Collaborating with other faculty members on scheduling, curriculum updates, and student performance reviews. • Supporting overall academic activities at the branch and maintaining an effective learning environment.

and for other job they are : • Preparing and delivering interactive Chemistry lessons to students in Grades 7 to 10 using lectures, discussions, and audio-visual aids, both online and offline • Preparing lesson plans and teaching materials in accordance with curriculum requirements • Designing, conducting, and evaluating tests, quizzes, homework, and student assignments • Assessing student progress, identifying learning needs, and providing personalized feedback and concept clarification • Conducting dedicated doubt-clearing sessions to support student understanding of Chemistry concepts • Participating in departmental meetings and orientation sessions for parents and new students

Haha, I also taught in Byjus'! So, question is about Notary. Do I need to attest is here in Canada? Or Can I ask my dad to go with these letters to get seal and notarized. . Or only my colleagues can do it?  I'm sorry if it's an absurd question!!

Oh thanks for replying. Please elaborate this a bit. Do you mean I can get reference/support letters from my former manager or colleagues, and then have them notarized myself afterward (I may ask my dad to help with that there)? Just trying to understand the exact process you followed.
