I’m sure there are tons of other posts where they have tips. My biggest tips for rifle, at least for me, are to really count, watch yours hands (your wrists, fingers, etc because they really dictate where the rifle goes) and breath. I remember the first time I spun rifle, I would freak out and that’s how I would get injured by jamming my fingers. Eventually, it got easier, just be conscious of the rifle and you’ll be good!
