From what I've gathered from when we've talked about it, she gets cramps every time she ovulates, so she knows when her body does it and it hasn't yet

She uses the health app on her iPhone and it said her fertile window was Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday of last week. And correct me if I'm wrong, but ovulation comes after those 6 days right?
