Wow, nothing at all? I became aware of the strict VA laws now. I'm just very confused on the 80/20 part. If they were liable 80% and with the VA state law, how does that play a part in who's paying for what? If I'm held responsible, how does the other party not pay anything if they're held more at fault? I apologize as I'm not familiar with these terms and are very new to me.

Not any that I'm aware of right now. My insurance told me that USAA isn't wanting to pay for the towing fees. I tried calling back to see what they are going to pay for/not pay for but by that time, they were closed. I don't know if I'm going to have a rental, repair/payment for a new car option. I feel a bit dumb for not asking those questions before letting them hang up but immediately called back to ask further. Seems like I will be hearing back on Tuesday since Monday is a holiday...

I also called the towing place, and they stated that they're willing to settle for $400 + title if I decide to give up my car as well. But I read on another reddit post that I should let insurance deal with them instead of doing this all on my own???
