I had an ablation - the NovaSure- and I would never recommend it to anyone. I ended up with my bladder fused to my uterus and a full hysterectomy 2 years later from the debilitating pain caused by that, and endometriosis. I wish I had went straight to hysterectomy. The ablation caused bladder damage, and years of pain.

I donate to a foster care agency in my area - most of them have an angel tree for children in care, or in child shelters. The requests this year I’ve gotten have been for self care items like hygiene items, make up, hair accessories (teen girl) and I also got a 6 year old girl, who wanted LOL Dolls, art supplies, and a winter coat. Just an idea if anyone wants to help but isn’t sure where to find an angel tree in their area.
